PT Arsari Nusa Investama Officially Becomes Shareholder of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk

JAKARTA PT Arsari Nusa Investama, part of the Arsari Group, has officially become one of the shareholders of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk (COIN). The corporation's entry into COIN marks a strong institutional confidence in the future of Indonesia's digital asset industry. This decision also reinforces Indonesia's position as a country with great potential in digital asset-based economic growth.

This strategic move is in line with the government's agenda to strengthen national digital economic sovereignty and support the development and improvement of a secure, regulated, and globally competitive digital ecosystem.

Deputy President Director and Chief Operating Officer of Arsari Group, Aryo P.S. Djojohadikusumo, emphasized that this investment decision is a tangible form of Arsari's support for Indonesia's digital transformation. 

Furthermore, Arsari Group has a vision that is in line with COIN and its subsidiaries, PT Central Finansial X (CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC), which are licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). “We see that COIN has a strong foundation and a complete ecosystem and is most ready to be a catalyst in building and developing the national digital asset industry, including crypto assets, by promoting good governance. This investment is not only about economic value, but also about building Indonesia's digital sovereignty that is capable of generating innovation and added value for the national economy,” said Aryo.

According to Aryo, with the completeness of the digital asset ecosystem in Indonesia and increasingly mature regulatory support through digital asset supervision by the OJK, Indonesia has a great opportunity to become a center for digital asset innovation and a center for digital asset trading in the Southeast Asian region.

President Director of PT Indokripto Koin Semesta Tbk, Ade Wahyu, welcomed Arsari Group's move positively. “The presence of Arsari Group provides significant added value to COIN, especially in strengthening good governance for large-scale corporations. In addition, the entry of Arsari Group also increases public confidence in the digital asset industry in general, and in COIN in particular,” explained Ade. 

Aryo said that Arsari Group's steps are always oriented towards long-term sustainable economic development. “We view the Digital Financial Asset Industry as one of the keys to accelerating digital transformation, which is a vital pillar in achieving the grand vision of Indonesia Emas 2045. Therefore, Arsari Group fully supports the development of this sector in order to realize Indonesia's digital sovereignty,” added Aryo. 

With the support of Arsari Group's cross-sector expertise and global network, COIN will accelerate the development of innovative products that support national digital economic growth and strengthen Indonesia's position in the global market. Indonesia now occupies a strategic position as one of the largest crypto asset markets in the world. This is reflected in OJK data up to the end of October 2025, which recorded that the number of users has reached more than 18 million consumers, with a total transaction value exceeding IDR 409.56 trillion.

This strategic position is reinforced by the 2025 Global Crypto Adoption Index report from Chainalysis, which ranks Indonesia 7th in the world. Arsari Group's move has the potential to take Indonesia further, from being a global technology consumer to a digital innovation producer that contributes to economic growth. (*)
